Abstract
Neurilemmomas of the vagus nerve and phrenic nerve in the neck are so rare that each case is worthy of record. Since these tumors are usually difficult to diagnose preoperatively, a dramatic physical sign like as coughing in vagal involvement would be extremely helpful to the physician. Enucleation without permanent injury to the nerve and nerve resection is controversy in the treatment. Recently we experienced three neurilemmomas of neck and report these cases with review of literature.
